DD has woken up this morning with what I suspect is conjunctivitis. Does anyone know if you have to stay away from nursery until this has totally cleared up?
Thanks

At our nursery as long as you have been administering the drops for 24 hours they are quite happy to do it at the nursery. Our nursery told us that ds had it as it was going round.

I think as it is so contagious you do have to keep them away!

I was asked to keep DS away from playgroup until his eyes were clear but they cleared up so qucikly once we got the drops from the doctors, literally about 36 hours maximum.

Wipe her eyes with cold tea regularly as well.

Oh well looks like it a day off for both of us then tomorrow!!Smile
I'll try to get a doctors appointment for tomorrow then and get the drops started as soon as possible.
Thanks for the tip about the tea, I'll give that a try.
Thanks everyoneSmile
