No period negative test feeling ill

Has anyone ever had similar symptoms? My gp apps In 2 weeks but I'm so worried !
I've not had a period since October, I've had lots of negative tests (23) but I feel sick and I'm constantly exhausted , I'm having migraines and belly pains/bloating I'm constantly thirsty and getting random shooting / numb pains in my arm ? Anyone ever had anything similar ? I feel like I'm falling apart ! I'm 30 with 4 under 12 and not on any contraception , I also have 1 fallopian tubes xx

Early menopause? Stress? Covid or other infection?

Can I ask why you waited this long to make an appointment if you are very worried? Not a dig, just trying to understand the picture.

It's just been one thing after another honestly mainly my partner was in a serious accident so now his better and I can stop worrying about him I'm starting to worry about me x
