eczema advice needed (again!)

Poor ds (aged 7) has little round patches of eczema all over his buttocks and inner thighs. He has had eczema since he was born and it has been fine for ages. Is there anything I can do to help the flare up. I have aqueous creams but nothing else. Thanks. I know I will have to go to the gp but it is virtually impossible to get an appointment for that day/next day!!!!

Bach's flower remedy cream occasionally works. Also deprobase?

Not really meant to do this, but you could buy some hydrocrtisone 1% over the counter but you have to say its for you as they wont sell it for under 12's. has he used it b4? if he has then i'd say you'd be ok with it. or ask the pharmasist for something.

Dd's eczema is in round patches (GP says its discoid eczema) - aqueous cream aggravates hers and the onlt thing that helps when it flares is hydrocortisone.

Just heard of Gentle Spray by Salcura Skincare: www.salcuraskincare.co.uk - its meant to be brilliant!
