Abdominal hysterectomy hospital stay

I've got to have a hysterectomy same time as my c-section - how long can I expect to be in hospital for?

If all goes well 24-48 hours.

It’s unusual to do both together so perhaps it’s best to ask your obstetrician what they think? Ordinarily 24-48hrs stay for each operation isn’t unusual, but both together is a bigger procedure (and it also depends a bit on why you’re having both).
