High platelets and lymphocytes

Hi, wondering if someone could talk me down. I'm a 34 year old with a 2 year old. I've recently had some bloods done and they have come back with high platelet, lymphocytes and wbc. The platelet count has been high for 15 years and the lymphocytes for the past 2. Only now are doctors looking into and have referred me to a hematologist. I've had an u/s on my abdomen and it was all clear. Theyre apparently investigating ET and Lpd. I'm so scared, surely I'd have had symptoms after all of this time. Im just tired all the time but that's been going on for such a long time. Anyone with experience?
Platelets 601
Wbc 16.9
Lymphocyte 6.1

Thank you so much x

@XxleighxX I’ve been told a couple of years ago that my platelets have been the high side of normal for at least 10 years. I’ve had chest X-ray and abdo ultrasound, which came back clear. The doctors just keep an eye on the numbers because you are only referred if they go up to over 500, which I guess it’s why you have been referred now. Often nothing is found and you are just outside the range. Always a good idea to check these things anyway, so good you are being seen.

@Bohemian18 thanks 😊 I think I'm just scared as I've been referred to the hematologist and he's put on my blood form that I have to have prior to going that he suspects essential thrombocytosis or an LPD which are both blood cancers.

@XxleighxX It’s understandable that you are worried but these things need checking and we are lucky we are referred quickly if need to. I’ve had various scares last few years but luckily nothing serious. All the best x
