What are these?

Not sure if this should be here or style and beauty.

I have these things coming up all over my body. They are like tiny skin-coloured moles, but they're everywhere. What could they be and how can I get rid of them?

When you say everywhere, where? How many?

I think they may be warts too...

I can't see the photo very well but could it be keratosis pilaris?

Molluscum. Sorry I can't spell it.

They are all over both ankles, some on my face, both arms etc. They're almost totally flat to the skin - they just look as though one skin cell has become too large!
