Do I take DS to doc or not?
He is 6. Came home from school on Monday looking v. tired and went downhill rapidly - hot and lethargic and cold symptoms. He has been off school since. Is coughing and sniffly. Temp is still up and down. DH thinks I should take him to doc as he has had the temp for 3 days. I don't want to take him out if I don't have to. He is fine when temp under control but once Nurofen wears off it goes up again.
A friend's DS has it too but he developed croup. DS's cough did seem croupy on Tuesday but is just a normal cough now. My thinking is a virus and nothing they can do that I am not already doing?
