ds2 (8) had flu, was iller than i've ever seen him for nearly 2 weeks, been back in school a week and has now got up complaining of headache and looking decidedly dodgy again.

is this never going to end?

have also been ill myself

I know how you are feeling cheeryface as my ds2 (10) is the same was off school for a week with a rash that the doctors couldnt decide what it was, back at school a fortnight then off again nearly 2 weeks with flu then back again a week & now being sick, high temp & coughing & laid in bed quiet!! so we are at the doctors this morning.

But its awful, I am like you will it end...

sounds like one bout of something has lowered immunity and caused a chain reaction. Children deteriorate so quickly don't they?

I would recommend a tonic of vitamins -Florodix is amazing- and also a probiotic

oh i will try that as seems one thing after the other with DS2

At the doctors in half an hour will let you know how we get on.

Consider yourself lucky not to be pregnant!
Same here with DS/DH on and off for the last 3 weeks and me in the middle, miserable because can not get respite as no medicine allowed!

Hi back from the doctors ds has temp of 39.5 doctor said just a nasty virus that is going around can take up to two weeks to get rid of Poor DS looks just awful. Hope everyone else feels better soon.
