Sinusitis or Eustachian Tube Dysfunction?

Feeling pretty fed up. Had problems with my ears feeling blocked since September. In that time ive had 4 or 5 bad head colds. Doctor said it was ETD gave me a spray but hasn’t really helped. Any ideas?
