blood tests positive HEp-2

Hello,

I am feeling a bit lost and anxious and wondered if perhaps anyone could help.

I had a batch of blood tests done the week before last as have recently developed joint pain (leg and big toe, thumb) and a rash on my neck that won't go away.

Other symptoms I have had a long time include fatigue, migraine, nausea and low body temp (usually 34-35).

Most of the results have come back fine as I can see on the app with the exception of;
-slightly elevated magnesium levels in blood
-low liver ALT
-and today the latest one to come through was positive HEp-2 cell autoantibody and potentially abnormalHEp-2 nuclear pattern homogenous ANA.

I have done some research online and autoimmune disorders seem to be a possibility but it is all a bit of minefield and I am feeling overwhelmed.

I was just wondering if anyone had had similar results or knowledge they could share? I realise the best thing is to wait til the GP calls but as it's Saturday now, I have the whole weekend to wait.

Thanks for reading.
