Ovarian cysts

Not sure what to do- I’ve had issues for a few years now with pelvic pain which goes through stages of severity. At the moment in my cycle I’ve ovulated a week ago and I’ve still got pain in one side , immense pressure and bloating which is making me nauseous just generally feeling rubbish, struggle to urinate. In the past I’ve had these symptoms where the pain then built up for a few months to waking me up in the night and being so severe i was going to call an ambulance- after 20 minutes it eased off and all symptoms soon disappeared again for a few months. This also happened a further two times over the years which was triggered off by sex. I’ve had a scan in the past where they found multiple small cysts and the sonographer suspected PCOS but the GP disagreed after doing a blood test. After the most recent severe pain episode a scan showed nothing? Could it be the cyst had already burst and wouldn’t show up? I was also then sent for a laparoscopy to rule out adhesions and endo which again found nothing. I’m still having these issues but I feel like I can’t go back to my GP after I’ve had tests done.

All I can think of is cysts ? Once they have burst do they show on ultrasound?

Any advice really appreciated.

I had something similar and I think you should be checking bowels . IBS is the most likely reason for your symptoms but that’s a diagnose of exclusion .
