I've woken up with the sorest knee but haven't actually done anything to it.
Went to bed fine last night and now can't bend it passed 90 degrees. It's only the knee not my thigh or anywhere else localised to the side of the kneecap like it needs to pop/crack
It throbbing like toothache and sore to touch too (pink bits in the picture) it's the strangest thing
What on earth could it be?!
