Recently diagnosed with this and I'm struggling. Does anyone have any experience?
Started when I woke up in bed and the room was spinning. I was immediately sick. Now every time my head moves from an upright position, everything spins. Turning over in bed, even just lying down is sickening and I have to wait for the spinning to stop.
The GP did some sort of manipulation in the surgery and I was sick everywhere and I now have to do exercises to try and help.
If anyone has any tips, I'm desperate!

He would have done an Epley manoeuvre. Some people feel better straight away with this and some need a few sessions. If you look on YouTube, you can find videos that tell you how to do this yourself. Hope you feel better soon.

Sturgeron for travel sickness. You can buy it over the counter.
I've had this and had to lay with my eyes shut for 24 hours. Could barely get to the loo, it's hideous! Screens won't help!
