Hey thanks in advance.
Just noticed this rash on me and wondered if anyone recognises it, each one feels like dry skin.
I feel okay apart from coughing a bit, sneezing, snotty nose and feel quite hot.

i have something similar on my legs after having had tonsillitis / flu… I think it may be a kind of viral-caused psoriasis, but that is self-diagnosis. I went to the GP and they didn’t know and they have sent pics to the dermatologist at the local hospital.

But in the meantime I’ve been given steroid cream so I think you should go to your GP to get it checked.

Thanks for your reply, you've confirmed what I thought!
Someone on another thread said it might be viral, and I have lifelong psoriasis in a few places anyway and it feels the same so I've been putting on my steroid cream. Weird as I've never reacted that way before!
Thanks again 😊

You’re welcome @QueefQueen80s its completely new to me too and I’ve never had psoriasis before but a friend said it sounded like psoriasis and I started digging around.

Guttate psoriasis seems to normally come when you’re under 30, but the main thing is that it’s usually triggered by a viral infection - tonsillitis seems a particular culprit (I had that in December, followed by the mega flu that everyone had - so my immune system had prob gone haywire!)

hope it leaves you alone soon…
