I have hypermobile spectrum disorder and my GP also suspects I have labral tears in at least one of my hips.
I have an MR Arthogram next week and knew it meant having dye injected but was surprised when the hospital phoned and said I’d need to be driven home because I was having a local anaesthetic (apparently it voids the insurance but I can’t drive anyway) and that I would be in pain after!
What actually happens in one of these? Is it sore after?
