Random Fainting

This weekend while warming up my sons bottle at 5:00 am, I fainted...not once, but twice. I blacked out and fell to the ground face first. I got up to grab the bottle and fainted to the ground a second time. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anybody randomly like this?

Have you had blood tests for anaemia done? I'd certainly be getting it checked OP x

Had you been lying down prior to that (even a couple of minutes prior?)

Could be positional/orthostatic hypotension.

did you get up quickly? If you haven’t fainted before def see a GP - they can run bloods to check for anemia.
i used to faint a lot of sp when I was younger. Often from standing for too long, getting up quickly, pain - oh dear 😆
