I have pain that comes and goes on my right side of my back. It's sort of feels like a tender pulled muscle around the kidney area but I don't have any signs of kidney infection or anything. I had a uti about 2 weeks ago and it has cleared up with antibiotics. I have also had bowel issues (yellowish stools and diarrhoea which then switches to constipation for a fews days before switching back again ) for quite a few months and I'm waiting for the results of some stool samples to be sent back to the Dr's but they are yet to arrive. Bloods seem ok according to Dr.
I also get intermittent pain and pressure/heavy feeling in my left buttock, right at the base. It seems worse when I'm constipated.
Dr's are leaning towards ibs but I have health anxiety so my brain is thinking all sorts of things.
