What is this , flat growth thing ( pic )

So I've had this on my torso for awhile and now I think another is beginning on my chest. It's not itchy , isn't sore.
As you can see it's been taken at quite close aspect , size wise maybe less than 10mm .

It looks like a seborrheic keratosis; they are often age related and look like they are “stuck on”. They are harmless and improve visually if you moisturise to get rid of the dry cracking (which I think I can see here)

Thank you , I did look that up and wondered if it could be. As from the pic you can see I do have dry skin so I guess it's time to realise buying various bottles of skin lotion isn't much of a help if I don't use the stuff !
