Costochondritis??

Hello, wondering if this pain I have is costochondritis....about 2 months ago I had 2 separate colds/ sinus infections that needed antibiotics ( within 6 weeks of eachother)..alot of nose blowing, coughing, netti potting etc and I'm wondering if thats caused some kind of chest flare up of some sort..I don't know of if indigestion or costochondritis..pain is sometimes on the bottom left side of my breast, but always seems present In the upper part of my chest. I get the occasional pain in my sternum as well. My chest can be painful to touch in certain spots. Had physio and was told my pecs are tight and weak. I'm going to the dr on Wednesday to see what's going on....does this sound like costochondritis??

I’ve been told this is what I have.

I went to the GP, not off the back of a cold or infection, but because I was experiencing what I thought was a sort of stitch pain in my lower left side, but on prodding from her, it seems it’s my rib cage, which feels inflamed on that side.

As information goes, it was zero use to me, as there’s nothing that can be done about it. 😑

I am peri-menopausal, and also have scoliosis and possible signs of arthritis in my lower back. Once again - nothing of significance that can be done about any of them.

First time posting here but feeling down after my 3rd gp visit and still no idea how to move forward with this annoying pain. I’ve been told I have costochondritis after suffering with pain on my left side for a while. This pain now feels like it’s radiating down my spine and I’m terrified it could be somthing more sinister yet all bloods came back fine and gp isn’t concerned.
Has anyone else experienced pain down spine with Costo?
