Had what I thought was a stomach bug about 10 days ago - still not completely gone and had stomach pain that I was concerned about (was gallbladder area) so saw the doctor and have been given tablets for stomach acid which have already improved things a bit but not completely. Now over the last few days have developed a very sore throat and occasional aches/chills. (Done a covid test - negative.)
I’m a teacher so can’t keep taking odd days off (not feeling so smug now about being one of the only healthy members of staff before Christmas as it’s all caught up with me now). I already take vitamin C, D, B. What else can I do to get myself well quickly so that I don’t pick up anything else and can start to feel vaguely human?
