Possible tapeworm?! Please help

I am 1 week pregnant (I think it's 1 week as very weak lines on tests)

This morning my tummy hurt so I went to the toilet and to my horror, there was something hanging out of me 🤢 I had to pull it twice and managed to get a picture of it whilst panicking.

I've called the doctors and they're seeing me in an hour but I am SO petrified the things I've read on the internet about being pregnant and also having worms.

ALSO, I don't want them to come out of me alive, I'm actually so scared... any advice people??

I don't see a picture
Have you eaten beansprouts or other vegetable that could come out undigested (onions, peppers)?

P.s. its unlikely to be a tapeworm and threadworms are very small

The doctors don't even believe me and keep trying to say I've got threadworms! I said I've googled the different types and can see it looks like a tapeworm.

Can I ask why it's unlikely to be a tapeworm?

Can't believe I'm posting this on the internet, the doctor wouldn't look at the photo and I've been told I'm untreatable as I'm pregnant. Now I'm worrying about my unborn baby 🙁

Nope, it was around 30cm long. It honestly has scarred me
