I've got IBD so I've lost all perspective of what's normal.

Do people with healthy bowels get itchy bum holes? Thanks in advance.

Not wiping properly?

Yeahrightthen · 05/01/2023 20:10

It could be piles or an infection? Mine only itches when I have a pile flare up!

Yeahrightthen · 05/01/2023 20:11

Oh yes, or worms! Will be hard to see yourself though unless youre a contortionist! Check your dcs?

There is a form of psoriasis that affects the area. Also could be eczema.
In short, many things can cause an itchy arse.

No, except if ive been a bit constipated and its irritated my normally well behaved haemorrhoid.

jtaeapa · 05/01/2023 20:15

No, bum holes do not itch unless they need attention.
