Is (no added sugar) cranberry juice a good everyday drink?

I hate hot drinks.

Find it hard to drink plain water and since a stomach operation any type of cordial such as vimto or Robinson gives me stomach cramps.

I bought some NAS cranberry juice before Xmas and I really like it and have no stomach issues with it!

Is it something I can drink daily as my main source of water?

Or could I do half and half with water?

If you like it then just drink it "neat" and make sure you drink plenty of water separately. It's high in sugars, just like other fruit juices - just make sure it's not your main source of hydration.

Also, you'll have the added benefit of reducing your chances of getting a UTI (n.b. it can't help cure one once it's started - that's a myth).
