Had a fall a few weeks ago and had a large wound covering my knee (took a few layers of skin off so it was pretty bad)
I put a plaster on yesterday as it was sore, I would need to bend down during the day and the edge of the scab kept catching on my jeans.
Took plaster off last night and it was smelly, literally just had a shower and the scab fell off but the area still smells despite cleaning it.
I already had a round of antibiotics when it first happened, the area is still tender but no spreading redness and it’s not hot to touch.
any recommendations for creams to apply etc?
