I'm not on any contraception. No need as partner had the snip.
So I get my period which is relatively short now but for a week leading up to it, I get really bad mood swings. I can't sleep and I get hot flushes. I also get migraines and lots of neck pain.
I'm wondering whether any contraception might help with the symptoms or if anyone knows anything else that would.
I had the coil many moons ago and that stopped all of the above, including the periods but I had no sex drive. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
