Had a mild curry last night. I don’t know why I do it to myself. The onion and garlic have made me feel horrendous. I have awful diarrhoea now too. Im on my own with my DC today and just want to curl up into a ball until this stops. Will taking colofac/mebeverine now do anything or is it too late for that? I haven’t felt this bad in a very long time
