Waking up with blocked nose

Can anyone recommend anything that may help?

I wake up during the night feeling very bunged up and congested. Goes away during the day, so just seems to be at night. I have taken to sleeping with the bedroom door open to see if that helps, and I think it has to a small extent but still it's irritating me.

I am having a baby in a couple of months, and he will be obviously be in our room with us. I would hate if this was something he experienced too, so open to any suggestions at all!

Doesn't seem to affect partner.

Dust?
Mould spores?
Mild allergy to feather pillows or duvet?

Isn't it common in pregnancy? I thought it was. Or has it started before?

Oh is it? I didn't realise this.

I don't think I noticed it before, just seems to be this winter. So would make sense if it was pregnancy related.

I've ever really experienced allergies before, and I love our duvet and pillows so I would be gutted if it turned out to be an allergy to them!!

I had this when I'd failed to spot a little patch around my window.

A little patch of mould that should say!
