suzywong · 03/12/2004 14:50

here it is

now im even more embarrassed

had a baby 7 weeks ago, bled for 5 weeks, started on combined pill 1 week ago, did the deed on wed and now im bleeding again (watery, not like a period). why? or is it obvious?

suzywong · 03/12/2004 14:57

sorry, don't really know, but hat's off to you for doing the deed so early on, you go girl!

This sounds really gross - but it might just be the remnants of 'the deed'(as you put it) and the fact that you've shaken things up a little. Basically (and here's the gross bit) you've been slooshed out (sorry). Once happened to a friend of mine and that's all it was.

Mantion it to your doc, etc if concerned

joashiningstar · 03/12/2004 15:02

Mention, mention - not mantion

nailpolish · 03/12/2004 15:02

well, it was to keep dh from harping on tbh.

nailpolish · 03/12/2004 15:03

lol jo! thats what i thought, just wasnt sure.

suzywong · 03/12/2004 15:04

SPRAY@slooshed out!
But that makes a lot of sense.
I will be asking DH if he wants to do some slooshing later.
(sorry to make light of your situation NP but it is wine o'clock here now )

What about the man with 3 ears, he had a left ear,a right ear and a final frontear. Boom Boom.

Gobbledigoose · 03/12/2004 20:15

PMSL at this thread!!!

MerryTissMas · 03/12/2004 20:17

extra nipples are relatively common, but don't know if they develop into extra tits ...

happymerryberries · 03/12/2004 21:02

I knew someone that had an extra pair, smaller and below the ordinary ones

HelloMama · 03/12/2004 21:29

the fact that you're bleeding is either because of the 'slooshing about' or is because you have just started the pill, and it is normal to have erratic bleeding in the first few packs of taking it. Are you breast feeding at all? Am just asking because it is not usual to start on the combined pill when breast feeding as it can affect milk production. Otherwise it is fine. HTH

nailpolish · 04/12/2004 11:55

glad some of you find my problems funny.

no, im not bf any more. i think its a combination of things, hellomama, and maybe when i finish this pack and have a 'normal period' itll settle down. thanks for your post

spacedonkey · 04/12/2004 12:28

np, this bloody glitch with initial posts going missing is a right pain. I'm sure no-one is laughing at your problems at all x

SPARKLER1clausiscomingtotown · 04/12/2004 15:09

Happymerryberries - what are you talking about?? Extra pair of what exactly! Sounds a bit rude or more likely it's just my smutty mind!

SPARKLER1clausiscomingtotown · 04/12/2004 15:11

Something similar happened to me whilst I was pregnant. Had bleeding after intimacy and of course, being pregnant, panicked. Phoned hospital and they just told us that maybe things had been a little bit rough and maybe it would be best to try and be a bit gentler. Those were the days !

suzywong · 04/12/2004 15:15

I don't find your problems funny NP
I used to dread going to the loo cos I'd have to face what unkown stuff would emerge just after I'd had my kids.

Just when you think it's safe to go in to the water .....

Honestly am not having a laugh at your expense
