Does anyone else find this a slight silver lining to the whole NHS shit show at the moment? My surgery is tiny, usually only one doctor, no idea how many patients they have. It was always a giant pita to get an appointment. Now with the online form, I can take my time to explain exactly what I mean without getting tounge tied and flustered, they will reply within a couple of days.
Have gotten an appointment when needed, phone call when needed, a few times the Dr has just texted instructions! Obviously not great if you need seeing in an emergency. But for the socially anxious and avoidant among us it's so much better.
