sore testicle(s) advise!

my boyfriend has been complaining of a sore testicle since this morning, now they are both sore. ive been on nhs24.com and it says he should phone them, however he is saying he will see what its like tomorrow and i dont want him to. worst thing is im not with him tonight, i phoned and asked him to do it for me and he hasnt phoned back. im hoping he is on the phone. there is no swelling or lumps (that he has told me) and it just came on suddenly.
am i over-reacting? anyone had any experiences of this?

If they are sore (to touch) I would have it cheked out TONIGHT

he wasnt on phone, he was sleeping. im pissed off he cant even do one thing for me. infact, hes been at a football game today and i think he's a bit drunk. i am not happy.

hi olsmum, dh had someting like this a few years ago, had to go to a & e (and it was CHRISTMAS DAY!!!)

Turned out to be a random infection, had antibiotics and was fine.

thanks madness/rosybud, i know (hope) it probably wont be anything too serious but i would have been happier if he had it checked tonight especially as i asked him just to phone nhs24 and see what they said. but he isnt going to. its not as sore if he lies down which i think is a good thing. i will just have to keep on at him tomorrow.
