What Vit D supplément do you use?

For adults and children?
I’m trying to work out which is good value but has correct dosage.

Boots

The ones available in supermarkets are a normal dose. You can get a higher dose from pharmacy and on prescription from your doctors.

Are you vit D deficient?

Reccomendation from my GP was Nutri Advanced Vitamin D drops.
Take 2 drops on the tounge every day; changed my life -
Never get sick now ans have so much more energy!!!

Better You sprays are easy to use.

Anything up to 100ug/4000IU is fine without medical advice

Cod liver oil capsules?
I read that is the best way to absorb vitamin D and to take them with food.

I have a Better You Junior spray and I take two sprays and the kids one.

I used to take Pharmanord Vit D capsules which is apparently high quality vitamin D (whatever that means). Recommend these but the spray is easy for the kids.

A spray that includes another vitamin to help you absorb it, think it's vitamin K.

I use the Lidl chewy ones. Had a blood test recently and my vit D was fine.

Just the boots one

I use the boots max strength over winter as I am quite vitamin d deficient.

I use a 4000iu one. You need to take it with fat so I take it with my evening meal.

Any brand should work.
