Pancreas and liver issues

I had a scan in 2020, and have yet to see any Gastro doctor face to face and they have cancelled my last appointment. Still waiting for another one 3 months later.
The CT scan in 2020 showed fatty liver, calcified pieces on my pancreas and swollen nodes in bowel.
I have BAM, which they are treating. Been getting pain in left, under ribbon back. I'm feeling pretty rotten atm.
Should I be doing anything for the fatty liver or the pancreas? Is there a standard treatment I should be asking for. I am chasing appointment.
I don't drink or smoke.

Sorry to hear this. Are you overweight? What is 'BAM'?

I am a size 14 but yes would say overweight. BAM is bile acid malabsorption because of gall bladder removal. Again had no advice just been given meds to take

Fatty liver is caused by being overweight and the treatment is to lose weight, so focusing on that would help www.nhs.uk/conditions/non-alcoholic-fatty-liver-disease/
