Have you been to your GP for a checkup and blood test? Underactive thyroids are a common cause of hair loss. If they come back clear, then more protein and keeping your iron levels up may help.

thnaks, actually i went this morning and have requested a thyroid check as per your advice in the other thread, she was a bit reluctant but has agreed need to wait now, thanks

I found my hair loss after birth slowed down when I started taking a good multivitamin and mineral regularly. Who knows, it might have slowed anyway, but certainly the hoover got blocked a lot less often! Hope your bloods are fine.

Essential Fatty Acids e.g flax seed oil and fish oils and a good multivit/mineral e.g. Lamberts A-Z should help!
