When do you get PMT?

I feel like my PMT window is getting longer and longer. I used to get it the day or 2 before my period now I get it a week before and sometimes even 10 days before....thats so long though!...which makes me think I shouldn't be blaming it on that. 🤷‍♀️

Anyone?

Not sure about the length change for you but I suffer a week to 10 days beforehand too. Today is the first day of the rapid decline and everything is pissing me off! It gets worse. I've taken B6 for years and it's always helped but not anymore.

Any changes can be due to peri menopause though, are you at that age?
