I’ve had it for 14months the outer side of my left heel I saw the nurse at gp who suggested ice and physio which did work for a while but came back and now its coming back more regularly

it wakes me up stops me from sleeping I’m demented with it I’ll book another appointment in the NY as it’s getting worse it used to be more of a nighttime thing but I’m feeling it all the time now

if anyone can relate and has any info that would be really helpful thanks

Sounds very annoying. What are your Vitamin D levels? Lower vitamin D is often linked to lower calcium levels which can trigger tingling and/or pins and needles episodes amongst other symptoms.

No info but I have an itch in the same spot that drives me mad. I foot file and moisturise and nothing changes.

Yes. I was low in B12 and folate. Google b12 deficiency

How old are you? Can be peri-menopause

Morning thanks for your replies it’s been dreadful I’m getting a hot tingling feeling in both feet the last few nights which is completely new it’s a nightmare

I had dreadful levels of vitd by the end of last winter so that could be a thing not a clue about b12 levels think I might pick up a multivitamin today I had just been pinching the odd vitd from daughter but not really good enough

definitely perimenopausal horrifically so at the last count I have 20+ of the symptoms and the general tingling over the last nights I did consider that whereas the single area i thought a trapped nerve i started the lower strength Elleste duet tablets recently just finished the 4th packet the first with no side effects hurrah it’s helped I think with the vaginal dryness and the constant need for a wee had reduced but still a way to go

not a clue really but god help the GP I’m 48 and so falling to bits I’m also having bother with discomfort elbow to fingertips particularly on my left honest I can’t believe how much I’ve fell apart since 45
