Anyone had it and got any ideas how to get rid of it?

I've been using hydrocortisone cream on it (I get eczema as well) which clears it up pretty quick, but as soon as I stop using it it comes back! Stopped the hydrocortisone (as that can aggravate it it seems from reading) and it's as red and sore as it ever has been! It's above my mouth and around my eyes as well now.

Anyone got any creams to recommend that they've used that can help clear it up? I've read about antibiotics potentially but would rather avoid if possible at the moment as I'm pregnant. (I am going to speak to a GP when I can get an appointment!) But just wondering if anyone has anything they've found does clear it up?

When my DS had it the only thing that cleared it up was zineryt but that is an antibiotic. Took a while to go though its a nightmare to get rid of.

My daughter gets this around her mouth.
I use Hydromol Ointment and it works really well

I got prescribed a cream that’s kind of like a steroid but actually isn’t a steroid. The one I have is called elidel. (I’m in US, not sure what the Uk brand is)

I was affected for years by this and I can never ever use steroids on my face now (life eczema sufferer) but a tiny bit of this cream sorted it out and now I just maintain with moisturiser.
