Have had an appointment with my NHS GP after several weeks of trying, couple of tests done, results inconclusive. Ive now got to try and get another appointment to push for scans etc. Its nigh on impossible to get GP appointments at our surgery, Im considering going to private GP who can refer me for scans etc at private Hospital. However if this results in ongoing treatment needed Im worried about my own GP getting the hump. Any advice ?

If you can afford it do it. Why would your GP get the hump?

I use the private AXA doctor at hand service. They have referred me for tests/scans etc but I did have to push a bit. I also would also say it’s a bit hit and miss who you get i suppose the same as any NHS GP Practice. This is a phone service or video call so it may be different if you are off to visit a private GP in person.
