Medication interactions advice

I've just taken my normal omezerprol tablet before bed to avoid acid reflux and decided to take a fluconazole as I think I have thrush. Now I've read that I should of waited 2 hours between them. Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't worry too much, it won't kill you but you might have a bit of nausea and diarrhoea.
