Weird flu symptom - tmi warning!

I currently have the flu bug that seems to be sweeping the nation (currently day 6). As seems to be common, I've got an upset stomach with it, am eating very little but whatever I do manage results in diarrhoea. Today's episode has thrown me as it was green... slightly concerned as it's getting increasingly painful as there's nothing in me left to come out!
Anyone else?

My 15 year old has had this all week, has been to doctor who wasn't concerned just said to go back in 7 days if not feeling any better and prescribed anti dehydration tablets.i hope you feel better soon.
