Have you started salt rinses

None of us can tell you, especially based on that photo!

If there's no pain, or only very mild pain, it's probably healing. Your dentist should have told you signs of infection and complications to watch out for.

Ok was no need to jump down my throat,
the dentist never told me anything just said see you in January I have health anxiety and I’m panicked over stuff like this. No pain but I’m also away none can tell me anything from a photo I am sorry I even posted xx

You cannot tell from the photo but if the hole looks like it has a white covering , there is no offensive smell or taste and minimal pain then it should be healing fine . My husband had a tooth out a couple of weeks ago and that is what he was told . Hope that helps . Merry Christmas .

Sorry Kdavies137 - my comment was lighthearted but I can see how it didn't come off that way. When I had an extraction I was terrified of the blood clot coming loose, so I understand your anxiety.
