really smelly poos!

My dd, 9 months old, has has the most disgusting, smelly poos for about 4 days now. They're really loose and creamy coloured (sorry if that's TMI). Often it's right up her back, all over her clothes, etc.

She's eating and drinking normally and is very happy in herself.

Any ideas what this coulld be and how to get rid of it??

viral infection? If she is eating and drinking and ok in herself I would say leave it to see if it settles over couple days more. if still the same after the weekend then maybe take a sample to the GPs to be sent off and tested (collect a sample pot from the surgery). Obviously if she becomes ill in herself before then see someone sooner.
