So I can’t work out what these symptoms are. Friday it felt like I couldn’t get warm.. had chills all over, my skin felt like pins and needles. Three layers and two duvets in bed and still tingling. No other symptoms though. By Saturday it had gone. Today it’s back. I was fine this morning, out with friends wearing a few layers but the temp is good here today around 10 compared to -1 last week!
As the sun went down the tingling started again and I got home and could not get warm. Put heating on and I’m wearing a T-shirt, two hoodies and this tingling is so weird. It’s all over my face, my outer thighs, arms and up my back. I don’t have a fever and again no other symptoms.
I take betablockers for heart issues and have a defibrillator and the only time I’ve had this was when I doubled the dose due to palpitations but I went back down and have been on same dose for ages now.
Anyone else have any idea of what this is?! Son recently been poorly with a virus and husband has a cold… is this just my version?!
