After c section

Had a c section a year ago since my periods returned 6 weeks after I've always had my normal 4 day period stops for a day then I get brown discharge for 5 more days Anyone else experienced this ? Just generally want to know if should be getting GP appointment or it improves

Yeah I sometimes get this. Though I've now got the mirena after my 3rd DS and I don't bleed but sometimes get the brown/red tinge discharge instead on and off for a few days. Never thought anything of it tbh, so awful smells, no pain etc so I've always put mine down to hormones and periods in general. X
