Piles

Hey folks….just looking for some advice.

I seem to have developed a decent sized pile, which I think is external (don’t judge….had a very vigorous night of fun with a very large sized guy that did involve some anal sex) The pile in question appeared around 12 hours later so I don’t think it’s a coincidence!

Now, luckily I guess, there is no bleeding, and no pain when using the toilet. It’s just a feeling of it ‘being there’ if that makes sense, and a very slight tender itching sensation. It is in no way making my day to day life unbearable though. I think it’s an external one but right at the entrance to my anus.

im currently treating with a combination of germaloids cream, witch hazel pads, and frozen rubber gloves, and I am waiting on Scheriproct being delivered in the next day or two.

Am I missing any glaringly obvious treatments here? Or magic cures? Also what is the likelihood of this thing buggering off on its own (excuse the pun!) I’ve had an internal one which went away after a week or so. Is the fact that it isn’t bleeding, and isn’t too painful a good thing? (Heard horror stories of thrombosed ones never going away, or needing emergency treatment!)
