There is an awful virus going round of which a horrendous cough is one of the symptoms. I ended up having to get antibiotics from the Drs as I couldn’t shift it. It left me aching all over and breathless at night.
Took paracetamol and Oleabas oil on a hanky was my best friend at night.

I'm suffering at the moment, worse than covid for me. I'm finding inhaling loads of steam is really loosening my tight chest and helping with the cough.
