I think my daughter aged 10 has chilblains

So after a quick Google and looking at photos I think she may have chilblains. What do you think? She said they’re a bit itchy 😢.

Don’t wear more than one pair of socks. They restrict blood flow when layered.

one pair of socks, slippers in the house, socks to bed. I haven’t had any this year and I first got them in April years ago so not exactly cold!
