Cyst or muscle pull?

Hi there, I'm wondering if someone can help who may have been in a similar position. For the past 6 months or so I've had a dull ache off and on in what feels to be where my right ovary would be. I know from a CT scan in August that I had a cyst at the time, however this was on my left side. I was told to monitor this for when the pain occurred but I've been tracking and it's throughout my cycle. I'm going to see my GP about it (yet again) but just wondering if it's possible this pain could actually be a muscular issue from twisting and carrying a toddler on my right hip? The pain is getting worse but not unbearable and has more of a stinging/warm sensation and feels like it's pulsing occasionally.

I should also add that in the past two years I've had a c-section along with two abdominal surgeries, so maybe I'm just full of adhesions and need to suck it up. Ttc for the last 6 months and hoping nothing is wrong in there!

Did you find out what was going on with this? I have the same symptoms and in the same position re carrying a toddler all the time and thinking it might be this!

Hi, no I actually went privately for a pelvic scan and there was no sign of a cyst or even a hernia. However I was since at A&E with another medical issue that I won't bore you with, and the doctor said this is likely scar tissue pain from surgery. I am pretty sure carrying a toddler doesn't help though! I'd recommend getting checked out if it's stressing or upsetting you though.
