Partially erupted wisdom teeth

I have two partially erupted wisdom teeth on the lower, I noticed them only about a month ago they had come through, today the gum had been causing me pain, not the tooth itself just the gum seems to be a bit swollen so Everytime I bite down the top tooth is hitting the swelling, and causing I suppose a stinging sensation, I'm unsure if they will ever fully come through as I know sometimes they don't however I just was curious as to if this seemed like an infection I will be honest I think I have irritated it with my tongue as it gravitates towards it as the pain wasn't so bad this morning but unsure what I'm meant to do when it comes to teeth never really had any problems teeth wise in the past.

Just go see your dentist. Most people I know have their wisdom teeth removed because they often cause pain and unwelcome crowding

I have one partially erupted on the bottom. I think it’s just one of those things tbh but I sympathise as it’s horrible when the gum swells periodically. Mine just goes away on its own.

I should add that I had all 4 of mine removed (impacted) as a teenager. If that's an option for you I'd recommend it

Pericoronitis is very painful and if left, may lead to infection. If you’re unsure whether it’s infected or not, chances are it’s not (yet).

You need to make sure the area is brushed well and kept clean in order to improve it and stop it worsening. Inflammation usually happens if food or whatever gets stuck between the gum and tooth. Brush the areas 2/3 times per day and rinse with corsodyl mouthwash (no more than 10 days) or salt water to help flush it.
