Weird mark on breast

Hoping someone might be able to reassure me, feeling a little frazzled by this new mark on my breast… no pain, itching, scabbing etc etc but this strange red / silver mark has come up on the side of my breast seemingly out of nowhere ! Anyone had anything similar?

Google sarcoidosis in skin and look for images that are similar to yours. The lesion isn't dark or pink from inflammation but the shape looks very similar.
