Is this a chilblain?

I've had an itchy/sore sort of puffy bump on one knuckle (first finger) since Monday evening & wondering if it is a chilblain.
I've always been prone to them but only on my toes & when I've looked online the photos of them on fingers tended to be around the fingertips.
Not sure what else it could be! Took an antihistamine yesterday in case it was a bite/sting/allergic reaction but it didn't do anything.

They look like mine. I think I have chilblains too. They itch when my hands get warm, and hurt when I knock them. My index finger and middle fingers swell too.

Yes sounds like you have them too, they're horrid aren't they! My finger is almost back to normal now but I have three across my toes ☹️

Yes that’s a chilblain! There’s another thread going at the moment about these critters, it’s definitely the season for them ☹️

Probably. Wear gloves and keep your hands and feet toasty!

Weirdly, mine haven't been as bad this week. Maybe it's because they never actually have a chance to get warm!
